Custom Tooling and Workholding

We specialise in the design and manufacture of custom tooling, work holding and mould making. With in house CAD and CAM we can fully design and manufacture almost any custom work holding solution, tooling or jigs to suit even the most complex of parts and production processes. Having state of the art CNC machines with part probing capabilities allows us to produce a wide variety high precision solutions. For example this production ID work holding fixture to achieve +/- 5 microns of repeatability utilising Mitee Bite ID clamps. This single jig allows production of 30 variations of the same part to be machined on the same Jig.
